Bracha was born on November 19, 1948, the daughter of Ethel and Sender. She arrived at Nir Oz as part of the Renanim youth group from Kibbutz Ein HaShofet, where she had grown up from the age of twelve.
Bracha worked for many years as a metaplet in the children’s houses, and in the communa, where the kibbutz laundry arrived to be sorted into members’ cubbies. She was always warm, welcoming and caring, showing endless devotion and genuine concern. Bracha was a kibbutznik through and through, a mother, grandmother and friend.
She was an entire world to many people. She accepted everyone, the good, the bad, the nice and the not-so-nice. She always stood by her loved ones, giving her all to everyone at every moment and hour. Bracha instilled in her two daughters the values of balance, optimism, unconditional love, patience, kindness and acceptance.
Bracha loved the kibbutz, nature, blooming flowers and the rain, all of which remained an inseparable part of her life until her final day.

Bracha was murdered in her home at the start of the attack on October 7.
She was 74 years old when she was murdered.
