Planning a regrouping
The Nir Oz Redevelopment Plan sets out a comprehensive vision for the restoration, renewal and development of the kibbutz for the coming years. It is based on Nir Oz’s core values, and combines the preservation of the kibbutz’s historical and scenic uniqueness with the development of new spaces that will suit the needs of the renewed community.
We are all walking together towards the vision: to become a living, remembering and inspiring kibbutz.

Among the paths of Kibbutz Nir Oz stand houses that were destroyed or looted that day, but the stories that lived in them will not disappear.
The project seeks to preserve the memory of the community through personal testimonies of each family, in their name, and as they want their story told.
